OUR STATEMENT OF PERFORMANCE.....
It is inappropriate for USCS/NWBA to
promise a particular result within a certain time frame
or guarantee specific results. Though we can give you an
idea as to how we have performed in the past, your
personal experience may vary. When credit reports by
clients are promptly sent to us, many clients have seen
exhilarating progress within the first 60 days. USCS/NWBA
does not charge you in advance for any services. It
charges you only after the initial setup, and only AFTER
the work from each month has been performed. All client
information is private and secure. USCS/NWBA is bonded and
regulated by all Federal and State statutes.
OUR GUARANTEE IS SIMPLE.....
Anytime within the
first 10 days you wish to cancel, you may do
so and receive 100% refund. If you are not
completely satisfied by our performance and
results, during your disputing time frame
with us, you will receive 100% money back
promise. You can quit anytime.
This is NOT a subscription service, but an
agreement for NWA to provide you with "Pay
for Service" processing.
TERMINATION....
You may terminate your
contract at anytime. If you terminate
within any 45 day dispute cycle, your
payment for that month will be considered
through to the end of that period. No
further disputes will be activated on your
behalf and the account is closed and all
documents destroyed. If you then wish
to re-activate your account, after 60 days
from termination, a new application will
need to be completed and new setup fee
charged. At the end of your disputing
program if you wish to continue, no new
setup fee is required and the contract will
be extended at no additional charges, except
for the monthly processing fee.
